Last week we pushed another update for junbi, solving a few bugs and issues we encountered over the last 2 months. We're also happy to make pre-sets available for all junbi users. The goal here was to make running a prediction quicker and easier, while simultaneously giving admins the ability to define standard settings they'd like end users to adhere to when for example testing a connected TV ad.
Pre-sets for users
So, what do these pre-sets mean for users? Well, the answer is quite simple. Instead of 4 clicks to get from naming your prediction to a result, you now only need one! Users can now, right after they named their prediction, use the dropdown menu to select one of the available pre-sets. In order to see exactly which settings are applied, users can head over to the pre-sets overview of their organisation by using the hamburger menu on the left hand side. Note: currently, only tenant administrators are allowed to create, manage, and delete pre-sets.
Pre-sets for admins
Administrators are the users that can now create, manage and delete pre-sets. In order to do this, administrators need to head to the pre-set overview page, which can be found in the hamburger menu in the top left corner, where you will now find a new tab called "Presets". New pre-sets can be added on this page, by clicking the "New preset" button. Simply head through the steps;
- Give the pre-set a name, be descriptive to make it easier for your users!
- Select the brand-name(s) you would like to test
- Select the desired viewer mode
- Select the ad type
- Hit save
Editing an existing pre-set can be done by clicking the corresponding row, while deleting can be done by clicking the trash icon. Currently, there is no limit on the number of pre-sets you can set, but keep in mind things can get messy quick if you don't use a predefined naming convention.
Resending user invites
Another new (and very handy) functionality we recently introduced is the option to resend a user invite with a single click. This allows administrators to resend the invite email to users that haven't set up their account within the allocated time-frame of 24 hours. This should make granting access substantially easier. Invites can be resent via the users tab.
Other issues resolved
Finally, we also resolved some minor issues that popped up left and right, including the output not rendering audio correctly, user search not functioning as intended, user and brand sorting and clicking on the performance indicators over time sometimes restarting the video rather than hopping to the right moment in time.
